Planning Letter Ireland provides an AI-assisted document generation tool that produces planning objection letters for use with Irish local planning authorities. You pay €9.99 per document generated.

Refunds

Your Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information about the planning application you are objecting to
- You are responsible for reviewing the letter before submitting it to the planning authority
- You are responsible for paying any required council observation fees (typically €20) directly to the planning authority
- You must submit your objection within the statutory timeframe — we are not responsible for missed deadlines
Intellectual Property
The generated letter is yours to use for your planning objection. We retain no rights over the content of your specific letter. The planningletter.ie website, branding, and underlying technology remain our property.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the document (€9.99). We are not liable for any outcome of your planning objection, whether successful or unsuccessful.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
