How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 48 hours of purchase
Use our contact form and select "I'd like a refund" as the reason.

The one you used when purchasing, so we can locate your order.

We process your refund
We'll confirm within a few hours and issue a full refund via Stripe. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Eligibility
- Refund requested within 48 hours of purchase
- You provide the email address used at checkout
- One refund per purchase
What We Don't Refund
- Requests made more than 48 hours after purchase
- Council observation fees paid directly to the planning authority (these are outside our control)
